Breakfast with Santa – Community Event
Annual Breakfast with Santa that takes place on a Saturday in December. This is a great Brookdale tradition which brings families together over a hearty pancake breakfast with perhaps a wee surprise visitor to add to the occasion. They are 3 sittings for breakfast – 8am, 9am and 10am. Book your preference using the School Cash Online system and get ready to meet the big man himself. Any profits made from this great event are donated to Trinity Families. We need volunteers to shop for food, set-up the day before, cook & serve food and clean up.
Typically held in February, the Dance-A-Thon is our biggest fundraiser and has been bringing in between $5000-$6000 that goes directly back to the school. There is a Glow Shop the day of the event for kids to purchase glow rings, necklaces etc. This event is fully run & organized by parent volunteers and requires a large time commitment from those involved. Volunteers are needed to prepare the pledgelopes to send to the kids, organizing the pledgelopes when the come back in & preparing the raffle tickets, buying and organizing the raffles prizes, running the actual day (set-up, glow show sales, clean up).
